7-Day Return Window

If your bottle arrives unopened and you're not happy with it, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions For Return

• The bottle must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How To Request A Return

Email us at care@shwaneluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned bottle, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged Or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
