60 g rolled oats
60 g mixed carrot
banana

Portion & storage

These amounts make roughly one day of food for a ~10 kg adult dog, split across the day. As a rough guide feed 2–3% of body weight daily: a 3 kg dog ≈ 60–90 g, a 20 kg dog ≈ 300–450 g, a 30 kg dog ≈ 450–650 g. Puppies, working, pregnant or underweight dogs need more; seniors and low-activity dogs need less. Introduce any new recipe over 5–7 days, mixed into the current food. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight box and use within 2 days; serve at room temperature.

Method

Cook 60 g rolled oats in 200 ml water for 5 minutes to a soft porridge, then cool fully.

Scramble the eggs in a dry non-stick pan over low heat — no salt, no butter — until just set.

Steam 60 g total of chopped carrot for 6–9 minutes until just tender.

Let everything cool to room temperature, then fold the scrambled egg, rolled oats and vegetables together.

Add 2–3 thin slices of banana.

Serve at room temperature. Store any extra in the fridge and use within 2 days.
